Tinly Arc is a new, specialised firm. We work with asset-intensive organisations in energy, grid, industry and infrastructure, and we are building the team from the start. We look for people who combine technical understanding of plants and networks with the ability to work at management level.
Who we look for
Asset and maintenance professionals. You know how plants and networks are run and maintained, and where information gets in the way. You want to fix the cause rather than work around it.
Information and systems specialists. You understand how asset data is structured across maintenance, GIS and document systems. You can make them work together in practice, not only on paper.
Consultants with an industrial background. You have led change in asset-intensive organisations and are comfortable in both the boardroom and the field. You explain complex matters simply.
How we work together
You join early, with senior colleagues who share what they know and expect the same of you. You take real responsibility from day one and work directly with clients. You are also part of shaping how the firm works, since much of it is not yet decided.
Practicalities
- Based in Stockholm, with work at client sites across Sweden.
- Permanent employment. Compensation with a fixed base and a share in the firm’s results.
- We recruit continuously. There is no application form; a short note is enough.
